GSM operators want 3G spectrum at Rs 1,000 cr (HBL)
GSM operators want the base price of 3G spectrum to be fixed at Rs 1,000 crore to make the services affordable.The move follows a presentation made by the Department of Telecom to the Empowered Group of Ministers (eGoM), on Friday.
